In 2019, we redesigned the retail packaging with four key objectives:
Design – Create a visually distinctive package to stand out in a crowded retail environment.
Messaging – Clearly communicate key value propositions to drive customer engagement.
Security – Implement features to reduce fraud and theft.
Flexibility – Develop a universal form factor adaptable to partner brands.
Partner white label packaging.
In partnership with Sam's Club™, we launched a Visa Debit Card product designed for the SMB category, The design for the packaging was the first debit product to display the card at an angle, differentiating it on the rack. And we reduced the plastic content by approximately 40%, while retaining the debit security requirements.
